Data Retention

We keep your account records, transaction logs and identity documents for the period required under applicable Indian law. After that window closes, data is deleted from our active systems on a rolling schedule unless a dispute is pending.

Account Security

Each account is protected by password hashing and optional two-factor authentication. We never store raw card or UPI details — payment tokens are handled by our payment processor and never sit on our servers.

Correction and Deletion
